History
Manny, a proud Army veteran, began his restaurant journey as a server at Mia's on Lemmon Ave in Dallas, Texas. Inspired by his chef father, Charlie Rios, Manny opened Manny’s Uptown Tex-Mex Restaurante in 2005, featuring traditional family recipes. Now, Manny's has four locations in the Dallas area.
